Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: sale or clearance items, personalised or custom-made products, undergarments, and items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact us at returns@foxydexx.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and indicate the item you would like instead.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
